Kodak Ektar & Fuji 400H | Pushed

When people talk about pushing colour film, it’s almost always Portra. Unusually, we recently had a little bit of spare time and that meant 2 things. 1. We could explore a little of the UK Film Lab neighbourhood with our cameras, and 2. we could shoot some film with the intention of pushing it back here at UKFL HQ. And so that’s what we did…here are some examples of pushing Kodak Ektar and Fuji 400H. All shot on Contax 645 and all pushed 2 stops in development. All shots have had colour correction during scanning and very minimal amounts of editing, so what you see is very close to the natural effect.
